The user account must only be used by the account owner.
Your use of the platform is governed by the Authority's regulations and bylaws and other applicable regulations and bylaws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The user must maintain the confidentiality of their identity and password, and the user is fully responsible for any consequences resulting from their disclosure to any other party and the resulting effects.
The user must notify the Authority immediately if it becomes apparent that the account password has become known to others, or if any security breach or unusual account activity is detected.

By using the Real Estate Indicators Platform, you agree to refrain from the following:

Upload files containing software, materials, data, or other information not owned by you or for which you do not have a license.
Upload files to this platform containing viruses, corrupted data, or any malicious software, or do anything that may affect the integrity, reliability, or continued availability of information on the platform.
Publish, advertise, distribute, or circulate materials or information containing defamation, legal violations, pornographic, obscene materials, or materials violating Islamic teachings, public morals, or any illegal materials or information through the platform.
Advertise on the Real Estate Indicators Platform any product or service that puts the Authority in a position of violating any applicable regulation in any field.
Use any means, software, or procedure to intercept or attempt to intercept the proper operation of the Real Estate Indicators Platform.
Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or large or inappropriate load on the infrastructure of the Real Estate Indicators Platform.
Anything that constitutes a violation of the Anti-Cyber Crime Law or any other related law in the Kingdom.
